Global Diffusion of the Internet XIV: The Internet in Iraq and Its Societal Impact

This research project was completed in 2009 and covers the societal impact of the Internet under Saddam, during the U.S. led invasion, and concludes with the impact of the newly rebuilt Internet infrastructure on Iraqi society and social and cultural norms.
